Shipping

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after processing.
• Orders are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Orders shipping to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS.
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• American Darling currently ships within the United States only.
• Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping within the U.S.
• Alaska and Hawaii have a $40 flat-rate shipping fee per item.
• Expedited shipping is currently not available.

Returns

• Items purchased from AmericanDarling.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, and have the original tags attached.
• A return authorization/RMA is required before sending an item back.
• Return shipping costs are $10 for items below $50 and $20 for items above $50, deducted from the refund.
• If an item has a manufacturing defect, American Darling covers the return shipping cost.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and processed.
• Please allow approximately 12–14 business days for return processing.
