Items must be new, unused, and have the original tags attached.
A return authorization/RMA is required before sending an item back.
Return shipping costs are $10 for items below $50 and $20 for items above $50, deducted from the refund.
If an item has a manufacturing defect, American Darling covers the return shipping cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and processed.
